Slide "The secret of healing is in the expansion of consciousness."

Conscious painting / Healing painting

This state of expanded consciousness, into which we enter right at the beginning of painting, allows us an overview of the dual and transcendent reality. Everything is united and everything complements each other.

From a holistic point of view, the problem has the solution. It’s like looking at the valley from the top of the mountain and suddenly understanding the relationship between things. Everything happens by itself in both cognitive and timeless space. Suddenly the wise within us awakens.

Conscious painting means a complete surrender to what is happening right now.

We intuitively choose a color from an endless number of colors that are positioned on the table in the middle of the studio and begin to stroke the paper very slowly with our left hand (for right-handers). At this moment we enter the silence and we begin the journey into our inner being. An intimate dialogue between the physical body and the soul unfolds. Every trip is different and every person is different. The dialogue is always essential and deals with something that is vital to our existence.

“While painting, I observe, accompany and support the painters,

their pictures and their development processes.”

Through Healing painting, we have the opportunity to gain spontaneous access to our inner being, to our inner images, to our intuition and to wisdom already present in us. Through this access we are able to organize a freer and more individual life. The aim is to support personal development through painting based on spiritual traditions. It’s about connecting people with their own creativity, their creative power, so that everyone can recognize their own path and follow it.

In practice, it’s about painting in a studio, a protected, neutral, value-free space in which the painter can find peace and concentration. Your pictures are neither assessed aesthetically nor analyzed psychologically. Without pressure to perform and given topics, pictures can be created that promote perception and confidence in the painter’s own self.

The studio is a room lined with painting walls. In the middle is a pallet table with paints and brushes. Work is done standing next to the wall, painting on large-format sheets with high-quality gouache paint. The colors are mostly applied with bare hands.
